When I was seventeen, I spent fifteen hours ripping Norm Macdonald clips from a few of his comedies to figure out how to design and code an audio soundboard in Adobe Flash. I think I forgot to eat lunch that day.

It’s been a few years since then, but I am still most comfortable with a camera in hand, or hunched over in a dimly-lit room working on finding the story in a rough cut.

The Editor is first audience. Visuals are how I speak. The goal is to speak clearly.
